The DSG is a roller screening bucket that can screen, crush and mix different kinds of materials such as:

Soil
Sand
Compost

The particular system of operation, the frame design and the unique conformation of rollers/rotating blades ensure high performance allowing the treatment of large volumes of material. The rollers are made of high wear-resistant steel (Hardox® 500/600), are easily replaceable, allowing to adjust output material size according to the specific user’s needs. The adoption of two hydraulic engines, the chain drive system and the use of the best available components on the market, reduce the need of maintenance, increasing the productivity benefits and lowering the management costs. The DSG screening bucket is particularly suitable to treat humid, wet and “sticky” material. The DSG screening bucket is designed for excavator and wheel loader use. The attachment plates properly designed to fit the original excavator/wheel loader to facilitate perfect position for discharging the screened material.

FB Series

The crushing bucket “FB” has been designed and built to meet the increasing necessity for immediate on-site recycling and reuse of waste material deriving from construction and demolition work. The high performance levels of the crushing bucket “FB”, available in four models, make it the ideal solution, not only for small and medium-sized construction sites with limited amounts of waste material, but also for extremely demanding work conditions, such as in quarries. Its structure is entirely made of Hardox 400 and was designed to support the heaviest work loads and stresses over time. It is fitted with a piston engine and equipped with a fixed and a moving jaw: the adjustment of the latter allows the size of the crushed material to be adapted to the different operating needs.

The setting of the mobile jaw in the FB models allows to obtain crushed material of different sizes, following the need, from 18 to 130 mm.

RP Series

RP2000 is a specifically designed attachment to meet the growing need in cutting railway rails. Equipped with a hydraulic 360° rotation, it has a special Heavy Duty rotor that guarantees high reliability and durability, allowing also easy positioning, and accuracy handling this tool. The big hydraulic cylinder provides a 139t force and together with the specific jaw’s mechanism, you can cut rails UIC 60; the cylinder is set in “overturned” position to ensure maximum protection from accidental damages. RP2000 is equipped with special cutting blades 4 times usable, to ensure high durability before to replace them. The structure, completely made of Hardox, is heat treated to improve the mechanical strength, reliability and durability.

The RP2000 has been developed as the main equipment for railways and subways maintenance and modernization.

SB Series

This type of equipment is commonly used for screening demolition material and quarry residues, as well as for the reclaiming of rocky ground. The material is screened using the innovative vibrating-alternating movement of the screens fitted longitudinally inside the bucket. Thanks to the vast range of screen sizes available and their interchangeability, the same model of bucket can be used to screen materials of different sizes.

SR Series

The “SR” rotary bucket is made in five models for use on excavators with capacities ranging from 7 to 35 tonnes, and has widespread application in screening natural material, such as river beds, quarry residues, sand and dry soil, as well as in all situations where fine screening is required. The product stands out for the sturdiness and the reliability of the frame, built to withstand even the most heavy duty workloads. An epicyclic gear motor is used to directly drive the rotation of the screening drum. The screening drum is extremely sturdy and features a conical base that optimises the handling of the material being screened, both when the blade is parallel to the ground, and when the bucket is closed. Made from one single piece, it has the advantage of being easily removed and replaced with others having different screening sizes (ranging from 20×20 up to 80×80).

V Series

The dust control system V30 & V52 with powerful mounted fans, exhale water into very fine particles at a considerable distance (V30 = about 25mt and V52 = about 60 mt). The nozzles are divided into 2 sectors (V30) and 3 sectors (V52) to regulate the flow of water according to their needs.
